International Orders

Our products can be ordered and shipped anywhere in the world. We have partnered with iGlobal Stores to fulfill all orders outside of the United States. They have been integrated into JHPUSA webstore and offer a number of benefits to you:

Since all of the international orders are handled by iGlobal Stores directly, please contact them directly for all questions regarding payment, duty and tax, shipping, order status, tracking information and delivery of orders outside the U.S.

Placing an International Order

1. Add your items to purchase into the JHP shopping cart

2. Click the "International Checkout" checkout button

3. Your order will be transferred over to the iGlobal checkout cart

4. Select your country and complete the iGlobal checkout process

Payment Types Accepted

Prepaying Duty & Taxes / Guaranteed Landed Cost

In many cases, you'll be given the opportunity to prepay your duties and taxes for your order. Doing this allows you to pay for your entire order upon checkout with a guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete. Depending on your country and your order value, your order may already be under the deminimus value (the minimum amount at which local taxes are required). In such cases, no duty or tax fees are assessed.


International orders are via standard shipping.

Most in-stock items will arrive 5-13 business days after receipt of your order. Please note that all delivery times are listed in business days (Monday - Friday).

The shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destination.

To Track Your Order

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from iGlobal Stores with order information

An additional email will be sent once your order has shipped. This email will contain delivery and tracking information.

International Returns

If you need to return an order from outside the United States, iGlobal will typically follow the domestic return policy of JHPUSA. Please see the return policy for details.

About Your Order and Billing Statement

Since all international orders are handled by iGlobal directly, please contact them for all questions regarding payment, duty and tax, shipping, order status, tracking information and delivery of orders outside the U.S.

Because your payment is being processed through iGlobal and their payment processor, Interpay, your credit card or bank statement will reflect a charge from iGlobal Exports or Interpay.
