Here is the K-Tuned Upper Coolant Housing w/integrated filler port (pre-plugged) with applications for both K20Z3 and K24A2/A3/A4 engines (excludes K24A1). This housing follows the OEM 45⁰ angle to keep in line with the factory radiator hose configuration. There are three available hose outlets.
Choose the standard hose fitting for use with regular rubber or silicone rad hoses or switch to an optional -12AN or -16AN fittings for use with upgraded hose and fittings that are also available from K-Tuned.
The integrated filler port is available to be used in conjunction with K-Tuned's optional Filler Neck that can be used to relocate the radiator cap to a higher point on the engine itself. The new location is the highest point of the cooling system and allows air pockets to easily escape during the coolant bleeding process. The optional Filler Neck is also available separately with standard hose fitting or with -12AN / -16AN sizes and was designed for use with an OEM 92-00 Honda Civic radiator cap. This part will be very helpful on an engine that already has a bad reputation for coolant bleeding.
Note: May have fitment issues with turbos depending on size of turbo and manifold.
Not compatible with K20A/A2/A3/Z1, K24A1, and K24Z+K24Y series cylinder heads (12+).
