Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Driver

We are a small, but fast growing aftermarket import auto parts company located in the San Gabriel Valley. We are searching for a full-time worker who has a strong warehouse background & clean driving record. The ideal candidate that will be hired needs to be responsible, good at multitasking, hard working and extremely organized.

Job Description:

Work alongside Warehouse Manger and collaborate with sales team to fulfill daily shipments
Driving company van - picking and dropping off shipments
Process all outgoing orders in the most cost effective and timely manner
Receive and place telephone calls to logistics companies for rates and cost comparisons
Creating bills of lading/booking freight shipments
Process shipping insurance claims
Process and check merchandise from returns
Shipping packages utilizing UPS worldwide, FedEx & USPS software
Perform monthly cycle inventory counts
Pick & Pack orders and verify accuracy of orders being shipped
Management of shipping supplies and materials needed
Shipping & Receiving - Unloading and Loading of Freight
Restock shelves

Qualifications:

Must be reliable, punctual and focused
Can operate company van (Dodge Sprinter)
Forklift experience a plus
Organized and very detail oriented
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Able to communicate clearly with others
Team Player
Must be open to constructive criticism
Must be able to take orders from superiors
Self starter
Experience in auto aftermarket parts industry a plus (Honda/Acura)
Clean DMV record
Min. one year shipping/freight logistics experience & e-commerce warehouse experience is a must.
